I’m Anna Ishak, an international award-winning PMU artist with over 20 years of experience in brow design and 10 years in permanent makeup.

My journey began a long time ago — in Irkutsk, a city deep in Siberia, Russia. I started my career as a makeup artist and brow stylist, offering brow shaping and tinting before permanent makeup became mainstream.

Over time, I opened my own studio and later founded a training centre and beauty school. I began teaching, mentoring, and sharing my vision of beauty with other professionals. Eventually, I discovered permanent makeup — and it became my true passion.

What started as a natural extension of my work quickly turned into something bigger. I earned multiple first-place titles in national PMU competitions across Russia, became a recognised trainer, and was invited to serve as a jury member at championships.
My students began travelling internationally, and I was proud to join them — attending conferences and congresses in Europe, the UAE, the Maldives, and beyond.

Later, life brought me to a new chapter. Following my heart, I moved to the United Kingdom, where I began building a new life and continuing my professional path with even deeper purpose.

Today, I run my private practice in Chester, combining my years of international experience with my love for natural, soft, and truly individualised results.
I specialise in brows, lip blush, eyeliner, and 3D areola reconstruction, always tailoring each treatment to the unique features and needs of my clients.

In 2023, I was featured on BBC Wales, where I spoke about my work in areola tattooing for women recovering after mastectomy.
That same year, I was honoured with the title “UK Medical Areola Artist of the Year”, and in 2024 became a finalist for the Butterfly Breast Cancer Award.

My work is guided by professionalism, care, and precision — but above all, by the belief that permanent makeup is never just about looks.
It’s about restoring confidence, highlighting individuality, and treating every client with honesty, respect, and kindness.

Outside of work, I’m a proud wife and mum of two wonderful children — my daughter Alisa, 12, and our baby boy Augustin, just over a year old.
We love spending time together as a family, and I truly enjoy sharing stories and life moments with my clients — from everyday joys to big adventures.

More info During your personal consultation, we’ll explore the different styles of permanent makeup and discuss what suits you best. You will share your preferences and needs, and together we’ll decide on the ideal shape and colour.

If needed, I’ll sketch a shape directly on your face to help you visualise the result. We’ll also carry out a patch test, and book your treatment.
This is your chance to ask questions, get to know me, and feel fully informed and confident before your appointment.
